Boy, that sure narrows it down! At the last bad anime panel I ran at Jacon, I probably showed clips from about 16 different shows. :) And a good bit of them WEREN'T stolen outright from Neil! Keep up the "good work," ADV and CPM! Without you, my panels wouldn't be possible!
But in terms of the terrors people never forget, I'm going to throw out a wager and guess that the title you're trying to remember is Apocalypse Zero. Those four are by far the most "popular" among my selections, so I'll have to bring them back for AWA. Fortunately, all of them are the special kind of terrible where you can keep things fresh with the crowd (and yourself) by simply showing DIFFERENT awful clips from the ones you showed last year.
